It is important that you have your stove regularly serviced to ensure that it burns well and efficiently. At Grampian Fireplaces and Stoves, we provide the following:

• Sweep of flue to clear any debris
• Visual integrity inspection of your appliance
• Visual inspection that the installation meets current regulations
• Removal, cleaning and inspection of the fire bricks, baffle plate, grate and ash pan. We will advise you if any replacements are required
• Inspection of glass to establish if replacement is required
• Examine all fire cement seals from the stove to the flue and re-joint if required
• Where applicable, adjusting and lubricating of moving parts
• Inspect door seals and replace where necessary
• Certification provided

We supply and fit carbon monoxide detectors. There are a variety of detectors to choose from and Grampian Fireplaces and Stoves can advise, fit and install recommended products which are installed by our registered electrician/fire alarm engineers.
